Superior Products, Inc. has a mining operation at 910 County Road 38 in Jemison, Alabama (in Central Alabama in Chilton County just south of Birmingham, Alabama). Superior Products, Inc. provides sand and gravel and river rock to general aggregates customers including concrete and masonry applications as well as for chemical purposes. Superior Products, Inc. customers include road builders, asphalt, landscaping, construction and concrete companies. Also, mined metallurgical stone is used for chemical purposes. Superior Products, Inc.'s customers are largely located in the southeastern United States with products being shipped by truck, barge and rail. Superior Products, Inc. is Alabama Department of Transportation (ADOT) approved and its products meet ADOT specifications.
